By booking a tour package with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Bookings & Payments

A booking is confirmed only after we receive the agreed advance payment. The balance is due before the trip start date as communicated at booking.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations 15+ days before departure: 90% refund of the advance.
• Cancellations 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Cancellations less than 7 days before departure: no refund.
• No-shows and mid-trip cancellations are non-refundable.

3. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, safety, or other reasons beyond our control. We will do our best to offer suitable alternatives.

4. Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for carrying valid ID, following local rules, and behaving respectfully at religious and cultural sites.

5. Liability

We arrange transport, accommodation, and activities but are not liable for delays, losses, or injuries caused by third-party service providers, weather, or personal negligence.
